                How to use our website materials 
                
                We appreciate your interest in using the materials you see on our website yourself. However, please note that all materials and content that you see on the Corporate Content website are owned by SHARAHLA SOLUTIONS FZ-LLC and are protected by copyright laws. Copying, modifying, distributing or reproducing our content is prohibited.

                Payments

               Great, you have chosen the product that you need but what next? Simply add your chosen product to the basket and proceed to checkout where you will go through our quick and easy payment process, and you will be able to pay by either debit card or credit card. The price for each product will be clearly displayed throughout the website and at each step of the payment process.

               Once the payment has been completed, you will receive an email receipt of your purchase, and the payment will appear as CCSS, UAE in your bank account.
                
                Delivery
                
Corporate Content aims to deliver your product to your email as soon as your payment has cleared. This tends to happen right away but can sometimes take 24 hours to arrive in your inbox. We ask all customs to contact us if they have not received their product so that we can rectify the issue.
                
                Refunds

                We hope that our products will be suitable for your needs, however, if they do not meet your expectations, please get in touch with us and we will happily guide you through your options. For the most part, we will be able to offer you a full hassle-free refund within 14 days of purchase, it is important to note that approving refund requests is at our discretion. Any time after that, we unfortunately are unable to guarantee you a full refund. Typical reasons we can offer refunds are; if the delivered product is incorrect, if the product has been delivered after 24 hours, if there is an issue with you accessing the product or if the product file is corrupted.

               We aim to process refunds within 7 days of the refund request, it can sometimes be a little longer depending on your back but no later than 10 business days. Should there be any delays please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
               
               
               Cancellations

               Customers can cancel accounts anytime. Upon cancellation, access to content and services ends, and it can't be restored. We reserve the right to terminate access at our discretion for any reason or violation of the terms.

We collect data on our users so that we can optimise our website and make our services as easy to use and as personalised as possible for our users.
